ARH has engaged Home Solutions of Louisiana, a subsidiary of Home Solutions of America, to oversee all aspects of on site construction because of their broad experience in construction management services. Home Solutions of Louisiana has a large pool of manpower and professional subcontractors at its disposal, enabling it to undertake multiple projects including larger scale projects for institutional investors and non-profit housing agencies. Yet this expertise is brought to every home ARH builds and to every homeowner buying from American Renaissance Homes.
ARH is the exclusive seller of Oak Creek Homes in St Bernard Parish, and will be building homes throughout the region. Oak Creek Homes’ reputation for quality and service is one of the best in the modular home industry. There is a large selection of floor plans and their homes are customizable by ARH to create distinctive and personal looks.
ARH has partnered with Sears to provide discount appliances to our customers. We have a broad selection of models including washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators and ranges. All savings are passed directly through to the customer.
With the combined strength our companies, ARH can provide its customers with the confidence and security that they will move into a completed home within 8 to 10 weeks from the date of the order of a home.
